GastronomIA is an application developed and operated by GastronomIA Tech Sàrl, registered in the Swiss commercial register under number CHE-492.677.299. By using GastronomIA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. Access and registration

The application is available to users of legal age or minors with parental authorization. An internet connection and compatible device are required. An account is required to access application features. Users are responsible for their credentials and for providing accurate, up-to-date information.

3. Services

GastronomIA provides free and paid subscription options. Available features, limits and benefits depend on the selected plan and may evolve over time. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through the available secure payment systems. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. Access to paid features may be suspended in case of non-payment. No refund is issued once a subscription period has begun except where required by law.

5. Free trial

A 30-day free trial is offered to new accounts. No charge is applied during the trial unless the user actively subscribes before it ends.

6. Intellectual property

Application content and the GastronomIA service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is prohibited.

7. Responsibility

GastronomIA Tech Sàrl is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions or errors in AI-generated data. Users remain responsible for verifying generated results, including recipes, quantities, menus and other suggestions. AI-generated suggestions do not replace professional judgment.

9. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription through the available account or subscription settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid subscription period.
